General Conditions of Sale for the La Première Airport Experience Option for flights arriving at Paris-CDG (Terminal 2E)

Any Customer who purchases a La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option declares that they are capable of entering into a contract, has read the present General Conditions of Sale, and accepts them unreservedly. 

In return for payment of the Price, Air France offers the Customer the opportunity to enjoy a private airport experience as detailed below.

 

Terms and Conditions applicable as of December 8, 2025.

In the present  General  Conditions  of Sale, unless otherwise indicated from the specific context, the expressions and terms below shall be defined as follows:

“Air France”: Société  Air France, a limited liability company incorporated under French law, with its registered office at  45 rue de Paris, F-95747  Roissy CDG  Cedex, France, and registered with the Registry  of  Commerce and Companies  of Bobigny under the number 420 495 178.

“Business Cabin”: area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a Business fare ticket.

“La Première Cabin”: area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a La Première fare ticket.

"Customer": an individual person of legal age who has booked a ticket in the Business Cabin on an AIR FRANCE flight and who wishes to reserve a La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG Option.

"Terms and Conditions of Sale" or "Conditions" or "Present": the Conditions herein defining the General Conditions of Sale for the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG Option.

"Long-haul" : flights operated by Air France between Europe and Asia, Oceania, Africa (outside of North Africa), North or South America, the Middle East, the Caribbean, or the Indian Ocean.

“La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG Option (Terminal 2E)” or “Option”: the present conditions defining the conditions of purchase of the La Première Airport Experience Option.  

"Price" : the price of the Option varies according to the fare paid.

"Websites": Air France websites accessible via www.airfrance.com or the Air France mobile application.

The La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option is a service that can only be booked under the following cumulative conditions:

  • The aircraft operating the Long-haul flight for which the customer has an Air France ticket in the Business Cabin is flying to a destination where the La Première cabin is not available, and the customer has traveled in La Première cabin after purchasing a La Première ticket within the last 12 months.
  • Last-minute paid upgrades are excluded, regardless of the payment method.
  • Ultimate “coupon” upgrades are excluded.

By subscribing to the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG Option, the customer benefits from the following services available at Terminal 2   Hall E of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport on the day of their arrival:

For Customers arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle with checked baggage, a €600 option is available for the following airport experience:

  • Welcome by a La Première agent at the aircraft door upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
  • Transfer in a luxury sedan and accompaniment to the baggage claim area.
  • The customer will then be accompanied to door 17 on the Departures level for the Hertz Drive U private chauffeur service or to take a taxi.

Customers cannot access the La Première Lounge, located in the customs area, nor the Arrivals vestibule.

 

For Customers arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle without checked baggage, there are 2 options to choose from:

1/ Option at €1,200 corresponding to the following private airport experience:

  • Welcome upon arrival of the flight from Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2.
  • Personalized assistance via a luxury sedan to reach the lounge and complete formalities (carried out by an Air France La Première team member), then arrival at the vestibule.
  • The customer is accompanied to the Departures level of the vestibule where they can eat and/or take a shower.
  • The customer will the be escorted to door 17 on the Departures level for the Hertz Drive U private chauffeur service or to take a taxi.

The Vestibule lounge offers specific services:

  • On-site catering service with a menu by Chef Alain Ducasse
  • A bathroom/shower area
  • Free wifi access

2/ Option at € 600 for the following airport experience:

  • Welcome by a La Première agent at the aircraft door upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
  • Transfer in a luxury sedan.
  • The customer will then be accompanied to door 17 on the Departures level for the Hertz Drive U private chauffeur service or to take a taxi.

 

Subject to the conditions indicated in Article 2 hereof, the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals via the baggage claim hall at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option can be reserved for 600 euros or 120,000 Flying Blue Miles per person, and the option upon arrival via the Arrivals Vestibule (exclusively without baggage) can be reserved for 1,200 euros or 240,000 Miles per person.

Reservations can be made via the La Première phone line, subject to availability.

Unaccompanied minors cannot reserve the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option.

4.1 The Customer may pay for the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option using one of the payment methods offered on the Websites.

4.2 Payment for the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option may be made using Miles, where applicable.

 

The La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option is associated with an Air France flight number and must be used on the day of arrival of the flight for which the customer purchased the Option. The La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option is subject to availability.

The La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option purchased by a Customer may be modified or transferred to another flight, depending on the fare conditions of the customer’s ticket, subject to availability.

 

7.1 The Option offered to the Customer is personal and non-transferable. Once the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option has been purchased by a customer, it is non-refundable in cash or as a Miles credit, except in the cases outlined in Article 7.2.

7.2 A customer who has purchased the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option may only be refunded the Price of the Option in the following circumstances:

  • The flight for which the Customer has purchased the Option is canceled,
  • following a voluntary flight change made by the Customer, the Option is no longer available,
  • the plane ticket purchased by the Customer is refundable.

The Customer may request a refund of the Price of the La Première Airport Experience for arrivals at Paris-CDG (Terminal T2E) Option by completing an online claim accessible via the "Contact us" section of the Website.

 

Air France shall not be liable and shall not be deemed to have failed in its obligations in the event of non-performance of all or part of the services covered by the present contract due to a case of force majeure as defined or interpreted by French law. In such a case, the Customer shall not be entitled to any indemnity, interest, or compensation for any direct or indirect loss suffered as a result of the failure to provide services.

Air France reserves the right to alter these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Subscriptions to the Option will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of booking, unless a change to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by law or governmental authority (in which case this change will also apply to all orders already placed).
